Welcome to Soul Harmony Holistic Therapy.
My name is Laura Joss.  I love holistic Therapy and can’t wait to treat you to an amazing self care experience.
The first treatment available from Soul Harmony is Holistic Crystal Facials.  This treatment includes cleanse and toning the skin, gentle exfoliation, face, neck, shoulder and upper arm massage including crystal roller and Gua Sha, face mask with crystal eye mask finishing with moisturising the skin.  This treatment is not only amazing for your skin, but you will feel so relaxed.
I studied Classical music and always understood the benefits that music brought to others.  Sound therapy was always something I wanted to do and I decided to do my Sound Therapy Diploma.  I am so excited to be bring Crystal Sound Bath sessions very soon.  An evening of meditation, self reflection and beautiful music that will calm your body and mind.  It can also help reduce stress and anxiety, increase focus, improve sleep, decrease tension and fatigue and elevate feeling of spiritual well-being.
I have also studied Usui Reiki Healing and found this to be an amazing experience that I would love to share with others.  Reiki is energy healing.  Reiki can balance energies in the body, relieve pain and discomfort, relax and reduce stress and enhance spiritual connection.
